Ad-hoc & Hourly Bookings
Step 1: Tell us what you need.
Fill out our client intake form. Tell us your goals, preferred date, time, and how many hours you’d like.
Step 2: We review your request.
We confirm availability and make sure we have the skills to help and the dates available.
You’ll receive a prompt response from us to confirm our availability or organize another date/time.
Step 3: Confirm your booking.
You’ll receive a link to pay a one-hour deposit and finalize details.
Once payment and service confirmation is received by Poppy, your time is locked in.
Step 3(a): Review and agree to terms.
When paying your deposit, you’ll be required to review and agree to our Client Agreement.
Your payment information will be stored securely with Stripe and only used if an invoice remains unpaid after 48 hours.
Step 4: Your assistant arrives prepared.
On your scheduled day, your assistant shows up ready to work.
Step 5: Time tracking & flexibility
Our assistants track their time using a secure time tracking app.
You’re billed only for the time used (1 hour minimum + 30-minute increments)
Need more time? Extend if your assistant’s schedule allows or rebook another block for a future date.
Step 6: Invoicing & payment
Invoices go out every Monday for work done the week before. Pay by credit card or e-transfer within 48 hours, or we’ll simply process your card on file.
Step 7: Feedback & next steps
With your weekly invoice, we’ll send you a quick optional feedback form.
Complete it and receive a $10 discount on your next booking of 1.5+ hours.
Regular help, made simple.
For clients needing 10+ hours of support per month.
The process starts the same: fill out the intake form and we’ll review availability.
Then, you pay your retainer upfront (you’ll receive a $5/hour discount) and pre-book your hours in advance.
When your hours are complete, you can:
Renew another 10+ hour block at the discounted rate, or
Switch to ad-hoc bookings at the standard hourly rate.
The same flexibility, just with a little extra consistency.
Life happens. Here’s how we handle it.
24-hour notice: Cancel with 24+ hours’ notice for a full refund of your deposit.
Under 24 hours: Deposits are forfeited.
If Poppy makes changes: We’ll contact you right away and offer alternate times. If nothing works, your deposit is refunded in full.
