A note from our founder

Starting Poppy wasn’t about building a business for the sake of it. It was about building something useful. I wanted to take what I’d learned in years of fast-paced, corporate work and turn it into something that genuinely helps people.

I’m proud that Poppy now supports individuals, families, small businesses, and independent professionals right here in Winnipeg. Every hour we give back to someone (whether that’s time to think, to rest, or to grow) feels like a small step toward the kind of community I want to live in.
